Budokon Basics ClassThis is the perfect class for anyone brand new or just getting started with the Budokon practice. Students will cover the fundamental techniques that comprise the system at a slow and steady pace. The theme of this class is slowing down to master the basics. All levels welcome. Duration 1 hour. Budokon Strength and Balance ClassBudokon: Strength and Balance will take your body to new heights, lengthening and carving your muscles while bringing you greater harmony and clarity of thinking.This program from the Budokon System (combining yoga, martial arts, and meditation) is designed specifically to strengthen and tone the entire body while cultivating incredible arm and single leg balances. Duration 1 hour Budokon Power and Agility ClassPower and Agility is the preferred training tool for experienced yogis, MMA fighters, martial artists, and Olympic athletes alike. This program will take whatever art, sport or disciplne you practice to the next level. Fighting Crocodile, Leaping Leopard and Dancing Lion are just a few of the ground breaking techniques that forever transform your body. Duration 1 hour. Expect to burn 300 plus calories in this tough workout. Budokon Jungle WorkshopWould you like to swim with dolphins, spin with monkeys, leap with leopards, and walk with giraffes? Learn how your evolutionary past and animal instincts can re-ignite your yoga practice with power, strength, grace and agility. In this workshop, Our teachers will lead you through a Budokon Yoga flow session to warm the body followed by a series of animal locomotion techniques relating to spinal awakening, pelvic, shoulder and core stability. These techniques will be broken into easy to digest steps guaranteed to help find your inner animal spirit. Go Wild! Duration 2 hours. Budokon Yoga Flow WorkshopIn this workshop you'll explore the evolutionary potential of Power and Vinyasa Flow yoga by infusing martial arts techniques, innovative sequences, and core-strengthening transitions into your practice. Budokon martial techniques can bring a yang element to your practice whilst keeping the yin grace of a yogic Vinyasa flow. This workshop will introduce fundamental Budokon techniques in detail to awaken kinetic chains of energy in the spine and cultivate seamless transitions between postures. Come play and explore this groundbreaking art form from the USA in a longer workshop format. Warriors of all levels welcome, no experience necessary. Duration 2 Hours Budokon Art of Transition WorkshopIn this workshop we will explore Budokon, yoga asana and mixed martial arts techniques, focusing on cultivating body awareness and transitions between postures. As much of a yoga practice is spent moving from one asana to another, our focus will instead be on the in-between stages: entering and existing a posture with so much mindfulness and precision that the technique becomes the transition itself. Duration 2 hours Budokon the Art of floating and invertingIf you love to play upside down and defy gravity or just really want to learn how, this workshop will blow your mind and your fears away. If you would you would like to learn handstands, arm balances and floating, the answers are in this 2 hour exploration of the mechanics of inversion and deceleration. Duration 2 Hours |
