This web site is for products sold by TLV Fitness Limited whose address is 154 Westferry
Studios, Milligan Street, Westferry,London E14 8AS, UK.
Your contract for purchases made through this site
is with TLV Fitness Limited, and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic
use only.
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site
in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
While we try and ensure that all prices
on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform
you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are
unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will
receive a full refund. You undertake that all details you provide to TLV Fitness Limited for the purpose of ordering
or purchasing goods or services are correct,
Refunds
If, upon receipt of your order, you decide you no longer require the products, you can return them
unopened and with the original invoice within 30 days of receipt to TLV Fitness Limited and we will refund you the
purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate TLV Fitness Limited shall refund any additional customs duties borne
by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt. Your account will be re-credited as soon as possible and in any
event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by TLV Fitness Limited in
the condition that they were in when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods
to TLV Fitness Limited.
TLV Fitness Limited reserves the right to refuse to accept any goods which are
not returned in mint condition at its sole discretion. TLV Fitness Limited also reserves the right to make a charge
for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
Delivery
TLV Fitness Limited aims to arrange shipment of all ‘in stock’ items within 48 hours of receiving your
order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock.
The period stated within which you will receive
your order is approximate. We use a 24 hour delivery service to UK addresses and a 48 hour delivery service to addresses in
Europe, but we cannot be held responsible if delivery time exceeds these estimates. Goods will be sent to the address given
by you in your order.
Title to any product ordered will pass to you once TLV Fitness Limited has received
payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Please note that
when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection
by customs authorities.
For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour
to dispatch all ‘in stock’ orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th
December as delivery services may be delayed in your area.
Privacy Policy
Contact
information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the
purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including
credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
